Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and uphold the Cloud architectural strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and execute best practices in architecture design, deployment, and operational processes.
  • Craft highly available, scalable, and economically viable cloud solutions that fulfill business needs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and development units, to ensure cloud solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate intricate technical challenges, offer solutions, and spearhead resolution initiatives for cloud-related issues.
  • Generate and maintain architectural documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Develop capabilities, offerings, service accelerators, and unique selling propositions.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy that emphasizes our cloud solutions tailored to address customer challenges.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership through white papers, blogs, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Accountable for delivering architectural solutions for major clients.
  • Manage client relationships effectively throughout pre-sales, solution development, and post-sales phases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client CIOs and CTOs.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales and post-sales efforts to secure business.
  • Foster relationships with cloud and alliance partners to enhance our offerings and revenue streams.
  • Build connections with key client decision-makers in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Deliver exceptional value and conduct thorough project reviews.
  • Empower teams to enhance project value delivery.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and clear direction to team members.
Hands-on Leadership:

Take initiative in developing cloud capabilities within the organization through effective coaching and mentoring, elevating team performance.

Enhance architectural skills across all team members.

Ensure team satisfaction through ongoing engagement.

Support the career advancement of team members.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in designing high-level, enterprise-grade solution architecture.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as an Azure Cloud Application Architect.

Proficient in managing estimates, tasks, escalations, and risks/issues.

Ability to communicate complex concepts to individuals with varying technical expertise.

Azure Certified Solution Architect - Professional certification is required.

Experience with AWS and GCP is advantageous.

AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional certification is a plus.
