Salary Range: $160K-$200K/Annum + Benefits

Job Overview:
Core Technical Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 15 years of experience in software development and system architecture
  • 5 years of experience in designing and developing testing frameworks in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Extensive knowledge in frontend development
  • Proficient in backend development
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to comprehend technical requirements in the backlog and facilitate their upload by the product owner
  • Integrate clarifications and solutions as expected
Additional Skills:
  • Design and architect scalable, high-performance testing frameworks on cloud platforms
  • Direct the technical strategy and vision for testing platform development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and best practices
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams
  • Assess and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the testing framework
  • Ensure the platform adheres to security, performance, and scalability standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and testing frameworks
