Job Summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Field Representative II to join our team. As a Field Representative II, you will play a critical role in assisting the manager in coordinating the day-to-day workflow of our operations. This is a working role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train team leads and team members on projects, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cash Management: Research and resolve unidentified, unapplied, and over-applied cash related to customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Team Support: Assist team members with resolution of complex and/or problematic customer issues, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal controls and internal/external documentation processes, recommending new or improved procedures to improve productivity and job performance.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Assist management with setting team goals, preparing exceptions, monthly metrics, and other reporting as needed.
  • Performance Management: Provide feedback and input for team member performance appraisals to management.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
  • Typing Skills: Possess strong typing skills and basic PC skills.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, responding in writing or verbally to common inquiries or issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess leadership skills, as well as the ability to be a team player.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Experience leading small teams is a plus, as is knowledge of document prep, scan, and QC.
Working Conditions

The Field Representative II will work in a typical office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. The position requires long periods of sitting and standing, as well as the ability to lift boxes weighing 25 pounds or less.
