About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing safety, quality, and experience work within assigned scope of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and implements improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  • Partners with clinical leadership to set objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with Cleveland Clinic's mission and values.
  • Models Cleveland Clinic's Core Values and behavioral standards, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with all standards and favorable performance on safety, quality, utilization, and experience metrics.
  • Participates in engraining the safety, quality, and experience requirements as outlined by regulatory and accreditation bodies.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical/hospital experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Three years of experience in systems training, project management, data analysis in a healthcare setting, or related field.
