Key Responsibilities- Build and Foster Strong Business Relationships: Routinely coach and manage Field Employees and deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our Clients.

- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to win and eager to succeed.
- Annual salary with uncapped commission.
