Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Cleveland. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting participants for our media research studies and collecting data on consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to selected homes within a territory using a company-provided vehicle
- Approach statistically-selected homes (door to door) with or without an appointment
- Persuade selected households over the phone and/or in person to participate in Nielsen media research studies
- Conduct in-person interviews with panelists
- Navigate secured buildings, gated communities, stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveways to prospective participants' residences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-5 years of equivalent work experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
- Ability to work remotely and manage a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in using a tablet and smartphone, including email, spreadsheets, and other computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
