About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Grantify. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in retaining and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to manage existing subscription products, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Client Retention: Retain and renew existing clients while proactively addressing issues and delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for our clients, gathering feedback to enhance our offerings and ensure satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on at-risk and renewal clients to ensure a smooth renewal process.
