Job Description:

US Auto Trust LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at our Land Rover Pasadena dealership. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Receive and ship vehicle parts daily, complete accurate paperwork for new and returned stock, and maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Parts Coordination: Ensure that the detailed work of the parts department is carried out to the parts manager's satisfaction, receive parts to be returned for credit or to be exchanged for technicians, and clean and package shipments for all parts being returned.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Notify management of inventory, supply, and staffing needs as they occur, answer telephones and respond to inquiries, and complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently using computer equipment or manually depending on the work required.
  • Quality Control: Accurately compare part numbers and part names to printed invoices and order forms, count, weigh, and measure parts, and maintain shipping and receiving logs on a computer terminal to complete departmental paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Prepare effective and accurate paperwork for return or delivery, determine the best method of shipment, calculate shipping charges, package material being shipped, and construct shipping containers for parts to send to the correct consignee.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience shipping/receiving parts in the automotive industry strongly desired.
  • Minimum 3 years Jaguar Land Rover experience.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
