Compensation and Benefits

  • Start at 80% Commission: With the potential to increase to 130% commission, and earn bonuses and override commissions.
  • Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities: With the potential to earn $50,000+ in the first year as a part-time agent, and $100,000+ in the first year as a full-time agent.
  • Agency Owner Potential: Generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year, with the potential to achieve agency owner status in 2-4 years.

Requirements

  • LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE: A license is required, and we will help you obtain one if you don't have one now.
  • Characteristics: You should be disciplined, self-motivated, driven to improve, have a high level of consistency, be humble and coachable, and committed to self-improvement.
