  • Provide quotes for new and renewal insurance policies while clearly explaining options to clients.
  • Guide clients on various insurance matters and finalize policy agreements.
  • Examine applications, renewal requests, and endorsements for accuracy.
  • Handle mortgagee requests and supply necessary documentation.
  • Process cancellation requests efficiently.
  • Prepare necessary forms and applications, ensuring accurate data entry into our management system.
  • Stay updated with company policies, worksheets, forms, bulletins, and manuals.
  • Document claim reports and maintain organized files within the office management system.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role within the insurance sector. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and AMS. Ability to articulate policy details to clients effectively, both in person and over the phone. Strong time management skills and a collaborative team spirit are essential.

Licenses Required: 4-40 CSR License | 20-44 P&C License | 2-20 Agent Licenses may also be applicable.
