Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and explain all products and services offered to our members
- Identify and fulfill financial needs of new and existing members
- Guide members through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products or services in a call center environment
- Maintain member confidentiality in accordance with all company policies
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or other related fields
- Previous Credit Union experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive, patient, and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
