About the Role:
You will work closely with our nationwide locations to provide insight, assistance, ongoing training & purchasing power. You will be an independent business owner with the opportunity to build your own sales territory and contribute to the growth of Mattress Clearance Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver exceptional sales experiences.
  • Manage inventory, schedule meet and greets, and respond quickly to customer inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the retail or home goods industry.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
