Procter & Gamble is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead the sales of our P&G Professional range to professional end-users in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Restaurants industry.

Job DescriptionIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for growing the P&G business within your geographical territory by selling our professional product line to end-users in the focus areas of Hospitality, Healthcare, and Restaurants. You will develop business-building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, leading and executing those ideas into reality.

- Developing business-building ideas and selling these ideas to our accounts, leading and executing those ideas into reality
- Marketing our professional range of products to enable our customers to understand how their superiority meets their consumers' needs
- Supporting and collaborating with local distributors in the Food & Janitorial industries
We are looking for individuals who are leaders and have a real passion for building customer relationships. We are seeking analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as excellent communicators. We are looking for someone who can set priorities and follow through on commitments, as well as demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- Previous sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales management
- Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, distribution, cleaning or janitorial industry will be an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- A valid and full UK driver's licence
As a Regional Sales Director at Procter & Gamble, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £5,000 per year, and a bonus scheme that rewards high performers. You will also receive a comprehensive pension scheme, private medical insurance, and flexible working arrangements.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum-
