The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in select markets across the USA. This role offers a unique opportunity to build your own sales territory, work independently, and contribute to the growth of Mattress Clearance Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver exceptional sales experiences.
- Manage inventory, schedule meet and greets, and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the retail or home goods industry.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
