About the Job:

South Charlotte Law is seeking a Law Office Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our lawyers. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience working in a law office and will be responsible for managing legal documentation and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, and will have knowledge of Tabs 3 software and collection software. Responsibilities include proofreading, formatting, and preparing state and federal legal filings, as well as filing legal documents (including e-filing).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal documentation and correspondence
  • Prepare state and federal legal filings
  • Filing legal documents (including e-filing)
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
