Salary Range
$93,000 to $119,000 annually. This highly competitive salary reflects the significance of this role within our organization and acknowledges the skills and expertise required to excel in it.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure property rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Front Office teams to facilitate smooth communication and address operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and employee workspaces to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a passion for delivering personalized and memorable experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years' experience in hotel operations, preferably in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field may be preferred by some locations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with property management systems, software, and technology used in hotel operations.
