The estimated salary for this role is between $71,321.00 and $106,981.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
The Assistant Director of Rooms is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of guest services, front desk, concierge, and housekeeping in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. This includes:
  • Supporting rooms operations activities, including front office, guest service, housekeeping, and valet parking.
  • Creat[ing and maintaining procedures for security of monies, guest security, and emergency procedures.
  • Striving to increase the level of guest satisfaction through associate development and quality image.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or business or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years' progressive experience in a service-oriented, cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills, with the ability to perform market research, evaluate results, and develop financial/business plans and models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop people, especially leaders.
