Front Desk Agent

At Moxy St Petersburg Downtown, we are redefining the hospitality experience and are in search of dedicated Crew Members who can contribute their skills and enthusiasm. Our hotel stands out by offering diverse roles that break the mold of traditional hospitality.

We are looking for a Front Of The House Crew member who will leave a lasting impression on our guests. Your role will encompass everything from welcoming guests at check-in to serving drinks and preparing meals, all while embodying our vibrant local culture. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and room assignments, accommodating unique requests in line with hotel policies.
  • Handle payment transactions while adhering to cash management and accounting standards.
  • Assist guests with questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and additional services.
  • Pre-register guests, manage reservations, and process cancellations according to established procedures.
  • Uphold privacy standards when handling guest information.
  • Report any incidents or guest concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Engage in special projects and committees as required.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess one to two years of experience in customer-facing roles, along with a foundational understanding of accounting and guest service principles.

  • Outstanding guest service and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
