Morrison Living seeks a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, this individual will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management. With a focus on exceptional customer service and culinary excellence, this leader will drive the success of our dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality menus that meet resident satisfaction and business objectives
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and sanitation
  • Lead and develop a talented team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on kitchen performance metrics, including food costs and labor efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a senior living community
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
