Job Overview

Apart from serving delicious food, we're looking for a talented Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you'll be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the executive chef to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Create menus and specials that exceed guest expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the kitchen.
  • Cultivate and develop your team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure seamless service during peak hours and manage shifts effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and purchasing.
  • Lead by example, promoting a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support hiring and training processes for new team members.

Requirements

To excel as our next Sous Chef, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of culinary management experience.
  • A culinary arts degree or equivalent certification (desired).
  • Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet team needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
Physical Demands

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Tolerate long periods of standing and working on foot.
