Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with association boards and unit owners.
  • Manage and supervise vendors to ensure high-quality services.
  • Prepare and manage the association's budget, ensuring sound financial decisions.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting documentation and correspondence.
  • Respond to and act on association emergencies.
  • Manage major improvement projects, including preparing RFPs and coordinating vendor interactions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred.
  • Active CAM License.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
  • General Computer Skills.
