Position Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Impulse Strategic Solutions plays a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction through effective technical support and solutions delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main contact for all technical queries and challenges associated with our SCADA, IT, and OT offerings.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with critical technical contacts within client organizations.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work in collaboration with diverse teams to design, execute, and validate bespoke solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product showcases, and training for both clients and internal personnel.
  • Oversee project schedules, outputs, and financials to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Provide continuous technical assistance and problem-solving support to clients as required.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements and new technologies pertinent to SCADA, IT, and OT.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a technical account management capacity, emphasizing SCADA, IT, or OT solutions, with familiarity in Field Operations.
  • Proficient in industrial control systems (ICS) and cybersecurity protocols relevant to ICS.
  • Strong grasp of network design and security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
  • Experience with project management frameworks and tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements during projects and for ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector or Oil Field operations is advantageous.
