We are seeking a highly skilled Account Liaison Specialist to join our team at Crane Cartage & Freight. As an Account Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client communications and resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the account manager to ensure that client issues are addressed and resolved.
- Manage invoices and account receivables for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed and work towards process improvement.
- Report to the account manager on a regular basis, providing input on account activity, status, and call reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a related field or combination of experience and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations.
- Technical competence in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
