About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist clients with navigating our online enrollment portal and processing enrollment elections.
  • Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by NFP.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Health insurance license a plus.
