Position Overview:

The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients. This position requires strong technical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and welfare products available through our organization.
  • Assist clients in navigating the online enrollment platform.
  • Process enrollment requests efficiently via telephone.
  • Educate clients on various product offerings.
  • Guide clients through claims resolution processes.
  • Ensure high-quality service for both internal and external clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Quickly assess and address client needs with accuracy.
  • Utilize sound business judgment to resolve issues systematically.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex service inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage customer service issues to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Employ effective communication techniques, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all transactions.
  • Consistently meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Keep management informed of any outstanding issues.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Additional Information:
