Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Administrative/Office Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of Windows operating system.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with AP/AR tasks
- Manage and maintain accurate records
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
