About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading franchising company, is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team. As the first point of contact for customers and staff, this role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Estimated Salary: $23 - $25/hour**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including receiving visitors, managing the phone system, and coordinating employee lunches. They will also be required to comprehend and provide Certificates of Insurance to customers, fill out and return new vendor documentation, and send new customer welcome emails.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Hands-on experience with ZoHo (or other CRM software).
  • Hands-on experience with Quickbooks Desktop (or other accounting software).
