Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures. Conduct employee relation investigations and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
  • HRIS Administration: Responsible for the HRIS system (e.g., Paylocity) and accurate record keeping.
  • Employee Communication: Assist in coordinating employee development plans and performance management. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • HR Policies and Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in office and production environments.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as desk and working at computer.
  • Ability to work with ever-changing priorities.
