Job Summary
As a Human Resources Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for implementing the business plan for the HR office by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling. You will also ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain quality and safety standards in the area of responsibility. Additionally, you will supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage and coordinate training, and provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Requirements
Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience
2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes
1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock.
