National Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new OEM accounts in target markets.
  • Ownership of building client relationships leading to sales performance that meets and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Project a positive attitude and image in all communications with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and coordinate the effort to solve technical, engineering, production, quality, and product performance issues.
  • Provide analysis, insight, and make recommendations to improve Company's position in the industry.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding company processes, customer product development, company finances, and all other 'company private' information.

Strong project management and leadership skills are required. Computer proficiency and the ability to be flexible and adapt to quick changes are also essential. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related functions is highly desired. The ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals is necessary. Effective management of multiple projects and time to meet all specified deadlines is crucial.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a similar degree is required.
