Marketing Manager

Tecta America is a leading commercial roofing company in the U.S. with over 90 locations and more than 4,000 employees. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our National Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, events, and partnerships.
  • Promotional Materials: Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of promotional materials, such as brochures, project profiles, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Service, HR, M&A, and Operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in traditional marketing activities.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of branded merchandise, including items like apparel, accessories, and promotional giveaways.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with operating units and other departments to pull targeted lists and access relevant information using our lead generation tools.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
