Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on human capital management and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee and labor relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and an engaging workplace culture.
- Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
- Thorough knowledge of HR and Labor principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior business unit leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or equivalent HR certification.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
