About the Role
Felsburg Holt and Ullevig (FHU) is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to enhance our Marketing and Creative Communications (MC2) team.

This role involves collaborating with a dedicated group of Marketing, Graphics, and Communication professionals to showcase the positive impact FHU has on its employees, clients, and communities.

In partnership with leadership and technical experts, you will help elevate the firm's visibility, distinguish FHU's brand, and support business development initiatives. This position will cater to FHU's offices across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation of messaging, document design, and timelines for competitive proposals, client presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop localized content for FHU's digital platforms, including social media and the company website.
- Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database with relevant project, client, and pursuit details.
- Organize and assist in marketing events, campaigns, conferences, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate within a cohesive team focused on achieving goals, fostering professional growth, and contributing to meaningful projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or journalism is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
- Excellent communication and document design abilities.
- A creative, service-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Vantagepoint, and WordPress.
