Position Overview

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Olsson, you will collaborate closely with our technical teams to devise strategies and oversee the creation of marketing materials for federal projects.

Your role will involve facilitating the decision-making process regarding project pursuits, preparing essential proposal and interview documents, and leading strategic meetings tailored to specific projects within our federal program. Additionally, you will manage and enhance our proposal processes to drive improvements.

Moreover, you will plan, produce, and coordinate various marketing support initiatives, which may encompass market analysis, lead identification, reviewing technical documentation, assisting with conferences and client engagements, and maintaining our marketing database.

Success in this position requires the ability to perform well under pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and adhere to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
