Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Paycom Online. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and users of our hardware and software, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and users via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of network administration, computer operations, and maintenance.
