Key Responsibilities:

- Attend all mandatory pre-construction meetings.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Area Manager to review project scopes.
- Analyze and understand union contracts prior to project initiation.
- Prepare the job site before project commencement.
- Familiarize yourself with cost codes before starting work.
- Foster positive relationships with regulatory bodies, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure project specifications are met throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities effectively.
- Manage relationships with local unions.
- Supervise on-site personnel for assigned projects.

- Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards and document efforts made towards meeting these requirements.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including:

daily timesheets with photographic evidence, safety cards, weekly toolbox talks, onboarding records, daily logs, delivery tickets with cost codes, and fuel receipts.

- Ensure timely submission of daily timesheets and notes from Foremen under your supervision.
- Accurately record completed quantities on a daily basis.

- Generate a two-week look-ahead schedule using the template provided by the Project Manager, detailing activities, equipment, personnel needs, and quality control testing requirements.
- Verify utility locates prior to any excavation work.
- Maintain all tools and equipment assigned to your project.
- Ensure completion of equipment checklists as necessary.
- Guarantee that all required materials and equipment are available on-site as scheduled.
- Optimize equipment utilization on the project.
- Oversee compliance with OSHA standards and company policies throughout the project.
- Conduct toolbox talks at the beginning of each work week and ensure sign-in sheets are submitted.
- Ensure daily completion and submission of safety cards.
- Perform additional work-related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Bridge Construction Supervisor or in a related field.
