Key Responsibilities:

- Attend all necessary pre-job meetings and collaborate with project management to review project scopes.
- Analyze and understand union contracts prior to project initiation.
- Prepare job sites before work commences and familiarize yourself with cost codes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including inspectors, subcontractors, and project owners.
- Ensure all work adheres to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage on-site personnel effectively.

- Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements and document efforts made to meet these standards.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including daily timesheets, safety cards, and project diaries.
- Generate and maintain a two-week look-ahead schedule detailing project activities and resource needs.
- Verify utility locates prior to excavation and ensure all equipment and materials are available on-site as required.
- Oversee compliance with OSHA standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct toolbox talks weekly and ensure safety protocols are followed diligently.


Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within bridge construction or a related field.
