About the Role**Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year**We are seeking a highly motivated Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Seabury Heights in Worcester. As a key member of our property management staff, you will work closely with residents, volunteers, and community partners to provide support and services that enhance their quality of life.

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting our residents to vital services, including home management support, financial assistance, mental health resources, and access to public benefits. You will also establish onsite wellness programs and events through partnerships with local organizations and utilization of your programming budget.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct resident assessments and referrals to service providers in the general community
  • Work as a team with property management staff, residents, volunteers, and community partners to identify needs and coordinate services
  • Develop relationships with community partners to bring in programs and resources that educate and engage residents
  • Plan events that build community and promote well-being
Requirements
  • Team player with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required
  • Experience working with senior citizens and individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation to travel between properties and attend meetings/conferences when needed
