We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as a Community Outreach Worker at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Inc.

About the Role:

The Community Outreach Worker will play a critical role in increasing access to healthcare services, promoting health equity, and empowering vulnerable populations through education and outreach.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and utilization of school-based health centers (SBHCs).
  • Collaborate with community partners and other service providers to promote health equity.
  • Provide training and support to families and individuals to help them navigate the educational and medical system.
  • Develop and manage youth programs to promote empowerment and health education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000, based on experience.

Benefits include a living allowance, health coverage, and an education award upon successful completion of service.
