Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries and needs
  • Maintain full cycle payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Gather, enter, and maintain all information for payroll; identify and research any inconsistencies in data for explanation or correction
Requirements:
  • Progressive clerical experience with demonstrated ability to maintain a high volume of records with a high level of accuracy
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit office or closely related experience
  • Experience working with complex financial and HR systems
