Position Overview: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will provide essential financial, strategic, and analytical support primarily to Corporate and Value Center leaders.

This role is crucial in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic/operating plans.

The FP&A Analyst will contribute to the overall evaluation of ITT's performance (both operational and corporate) for regular financial status updates to the Leadership Team.

Additionally, the individual will directly engage in quarterly earnings analytics and support strategic planning, scenario analysis, benchmarking, and special projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Support the implementation of the five pillars of the FP&A vision: monitor and enhance performance; aid in efficient resource allocation; facilitate informed decision-making; and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Review financial forecasts to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in coordinating and establishing financial targets and data requirements for strategic, operational, and budget plans.
  • Provide financial data requirements and analysis for internal reporting to the Leadership Team and Operations.
  • Collaborate across functions to support operations and other SFO activities.
  • Evaluate financial inputs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Help develop monthly and quarterly business review requirements, consolidating forecasts and preparing financial analyses.
  • Conduct competitive and benchmarking analyses.
  • Perform special analyses and other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, motivated, and a dedicated team player.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and communicating financial analyses to Senior Management.
  • Effective listening and communication abilities.

Equal Pay Act Range:
Annual Salary Range $87,000 to $130,200 plus benefits and incentive plans.
