Teller – Responsible for delivering exceptional member service by assisting members with their transactional needs. Through effective cross-selling techniques, Tellers identify members' requirements and subsequently refer or sell suitable financial products and services.

Member Service Specialist – Utilizing cross-selling strategies, Member Service Specialists (MSS) assess the needs of members and provide them with relevant information to help them select the products or services that best fit their requirements. This role involves assisting members both in-person and via telephone.

Member Service Center Representatives – Build and sustain positive relationships with members, fostering loyalty. Member Service Center Representatives (MSCRs) achieve this by attentively listening to and addressing members' inquiries. Most transaction requests are received through phone communications, along with email and postal mail correspondence. MSCRs also employ cross-selling techniques to offer valuable insights about the features and advantages of the products and services provided by The Summit.
