Sales Representative

At Grimco, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call existing customers to research trends/needs, relationship management, and follow up.
- Answer inquiries from customers concerning products, their uses, distribution, and provide solutions/recommendations.
- Enter orders, customer information, and purchasing trends into our various computer systems.
- Achieve weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales and GP goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Grimco's selling strategies and continuous learning of our product lines.
- Drive personal vehicle to outside sales appointments and travel for sales visits, special events, and training.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of the Sales Cycle.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Ability to take direction and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas to respond to customers' needs, wants, and concerns.
