Regional Leadership Job Description

The ideal candidate for this Regional Leadership position is a highly motivated, organized, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing team members, maximizing potential in others, and developing strategies to achieve goals that align with the company's primary objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and retain top talent in escrow and sales management.
  • Bridge gaps between escrow operations and sales operations to ensure cohesive team functionality.
  • Oversee regional P&L and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between shared services departments and escrow staff.
  • Analyze and track office/team goals to ensure proactive adjustments and maximize efficiency.
  • Travel throughout the regional area of responsibility on a weekly basis.
  • Work effectively from onsite office locations.
  • Report directly to the COO.
  • Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable to Patten Core Values and communicate clear expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of operational/management and leadership experience in the title or general real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Background or experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in title operational software (Qualia) and CRM experience (ZOHO).
