We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at DA Collins Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement safety initiatives and programs.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
  • ASP-CSP certification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, state, and local regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
