- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
- ASP-CSP certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, state, and local regulatory standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
