Safety Specialist

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and best-in-class performance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- ASP-CSP certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or mining industry safety management.
- Strong knowledge of construction-related OSHA, state, and local regulatory standards.
