KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote our agency's services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
