Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

At Our Team, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers and hourly team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, traffic, and return visits, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to create annual budgets and sales projections, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and make decisions on team member hiring, terminations, and wage increases.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with standard operating procedures, set high standards, and follow up to ensure disciplined execution of procedures and sustained results.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management with extensive knowledge of recipes, policies, standards, theories, and successful results with past responsibilities.
  • Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting all qualification standards for all hourly positions.
  • Knowledge of P.O.S. system and back office systems to fulfill management functions.
