About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Paperless Parts. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Experience, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Travel regularly (25% of the time) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of field sales experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and other stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
