Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Lead and manage the Obstetrics Department, including supervising staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and patient outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall vision of the hospital.
- Staff Development: Facilitate continuous education and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse licensed within State of practice.
